Last year, we announced our exciting new partnership with IGT, global leaders in the gaming sector.
We shared details of how we were planning to integrate our unrivaled on-demand gifting platform into the IGT ADVANTAGE™ casino management system to deliver real-time in-machine gifting for casino operators all across North America.
After months of hard work, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve completed the first rollout of Gift & Go IGT integration onto the casino floor.
Graton Resort & Casino is the largest gaming destination in Sonoma County, California. Opened in 2013 by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, it boasts over 3,000 state-of-the-art slot machines, over 100 table games, luxurious AAA Four Diamond accommodations, a world-class spa and salon, and multiple upscale and casual dining options.
Graton delivers a premium gaming experience in the heart of Northern California, and their player rewards are at the center of it all.
Recognizing the importance of providing a superior loyalty and reward experience, Graton’s casino operators saw Gift & Go’s IGT ADVANTAGE™ integration as an opportunity to enhance their gifting options and redemption processes for their players.

IGT ADVANTAGE™ is a powerful casino management system, and as one of IGT’s biggest customers, Graton was one of the first to hear about the new integration with Gift & Go. When the Graton Resort & Casino management team recognized how Gift & Go could enhance its applications even further, they were eager to learn more.
And when the Graton team trialed the integration in person, they knew instantly how it could transform their player rewards.

Working closely with the operations team behind the scenes, our team has supported the complete rollout of Gift & Go’s IGT ADVANTAGE™ integration over the past few months.
