Every year, leading executive search and growth consultancy firm Oresa publishes its Growth Index. It’s the definitive, top-100 list of the fastest-growing companies in the UK, based on an impartial analysis of financial data. 

And this year, Gift & Go are in the Growth Index. 

But we’ve not just made the list – we’re in the top 15. We’re the 13th fastest-growing business in the UK. 

About Growth Index

Growth Index was founded to champion the power and potential of UK businesses. Oresa wanted to highlight the UK’s amazing growth stories and showcase the people behind the innovation, drive and success of leading British companies. 

It’s an independent list that measures UK business growth and shines a light on the most promising companies and the biggest success stories. 

Growth Index is based solely on performance, not how loud a company can shout or how much PR clout it has. Businesses are ranked by their compound annual revenue growth over two years, and must have at least £5 million in latest sales and a minimum base year sales of £100,000. 

Making the top 15 

Over 32,000 companies were analyzed for the latest Growth Index. 

To make the top 100 is a monumental achievement in itself. To be ranked 13, alongside some of the biggest, most innovative businesses in the UK is an incredible feat.
