Building on a long-term partnership with Scientific Games, Gift & Go has recently supported the delivery of a new store solution to the global lottery company’s loyalty rewards program with lotteries in five U.S. states, with a sixth soon to launch.
Giving lottery players access to 1,800 products across an expansive range of reward levels, the integration of our on-demand gifting technology offers Scientific Games’ lottery customers the ability to quickly and easily fulfill player rewards. Gifts are delivered to players in less than two days, compared to traditional lottery fulfillment of two to four weeks.
The Lottery loyalty partnership

We’ve been partners with the Scientific Games team for several years now, so when its player loyalty experts were exploring new options for a rewards program storefront and prize fulfillment platform for lotteries, we were their first port of call.
Together, we’ve used our leading gifting technology, seamless APIs and unrivaled Amazon Business partnership to create bespoke lottery rewards loyalty stores. The platform is currently serving non-cash prize fulfillment for five state lotteries, including:
- Arkansas Education Lottery
- Maine State Lottery
- Maryland Lottery
- Missouri Lottery
- North Dakota Lottery
How does the lottery rewards storefront work?
Gift & Go technology facilitates the custom storefront for each state lottery through Scientific Games rewards programs. Players earn points based on their interactions and playing history, which can then be used in the loyalty store to redeem reward items or enter drawings for prize bundles.
Program managers and facilitators can select from millions of products to offer players reward options across a wide range of categories and price points. Products can include everything from the latest technology to the hottest homeware, must-have sports items to versatile gift cards.
Players simply login and browse the available rewards for their points level, and choose the prize they want. Or they can keep earning loyalty points to access rewards at higher points level.
Claiming a reward is a quick, seamless process for lottery reward program participants. They simply:
- Select their preferred reward and exchange the relevant points value
- Enter their shipping address
- Amazon fulfills and delivers straight to their home

Since the first state lottery program launched less than a month ago, Gift & Go have already facilitated and shipped over 6,000 orders to lottery players in those five states.
