Additional terms and conditions

1. The Gift&Go website platform and the actual delivery of the surprise is provided by IRTechnology Limited (trading under Gift and Go brand), on behalf of FDJ UNITED. By entering this Promotion, you agree to any applicable terms and conditions of IRTechnology Limited.
2. You are responsible for providing your shipping address when redeeming the surprise code. FDJ UNITED takes no responsibility for items being shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect details being provided.
3. Your accounts may be verified in order to receive the surprise.
4. Eligible Customers will receive an email containing a unique offer code and redemption details any additional terms or restrictions. To claim the surprise customers must follow the instructions on how to redeem the code as prescribed in such notice or through the website.
5. The unique offer code will expire in accordance with the date and time provided in the message you received containing the code. If not used before this date, no surprise will be given.
6. If FDJ UNITED believes a customer is abusing or attempting to abuse the promotion, then FDJ UNITED may, at its sole discretion, withhold the surprise or Promotion.
7. Codes are non-transferable and are linked to the Eligible Customer’s account. Only one surprise may be claimed per person and per household, device, payment method and/or telephone number. In the event of a customer opening more than one account, we reserve the right to treat all accounts as a single account for the purpose of issuing surprises.
8. FDJ UNITED reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
9. By participating in this promotion and accepting any surprise, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless FDJ UNITED and its respective group companies, employees, directors and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the promotion and use of the surprise, including due to a misuses of any surprise.
10. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the FDJ UNITED management will be final.
11. Personal data captured during the course of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations and Promoter’s Privacy Policy. You will be able at any time to require the Promoter to modify, update, or remove personal data by writing to the Promoter’s correspondence address. Note that Personal data may be also captured by such third parties facilitating the delivery of the surprise to you (such as shipping companies) which FDJ UNITED is not responsible or liable for in any manner.
12. This promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last. Promoter reserves the right to replace any free surprise (in whole or in part), with any other free surprise, in the event of difficulties outside its control in obtaining the free surprise offered, in particular, in the event of supply shortages whether or not temporary.
13. Unless otherwise specified, codes, surprises or any unused portion of a surprise, are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. The surprise awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in displays or marketing for the Promotion.
15. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority.
16. FDJ UNITED does not accept any responsibility for lost surprise codes.
